Complex Systems Analysis and Metrics

Enviroprocess Inc. is a small consulting organization that specializes in environmental assessments and specific design solutions.

The organization was founded to offer the business and engineering communities access to new trends, new leading technologies, and solution for water resources. As an international authority in desalination and analysis, the principal; Robert P. Carnahan, PhD., D.E.E., P.E.; continues to explore promising opportunities to enhance water resources through research at the University of South Florida. This research effort has led to solutions and projects that have crossed cultural boundaries and assisted communities such as Bartinquila, Columbia, and Qatar.

Research and Development

Research and development activities are a vital element of Eviroprocess’ expertise in our committment to bring the most innovative developments and technology to water and wastewater treatments. We are especially involved in the process of developing new technologies for monitoring water sources, warning systems, and membrane technology for desalination.

Contract Management

Enviroprocess contract management services involve providing an intial assessment of our client’s project to determine their requirements, goals, objectives, and needs. We then provide the expertise to write a request for proposal (RFP) for our client’s organization—a business or government entity. With the proposals in-hand, we rank and value their benefit to our client based on the specifications mapped out in the construction and manufacturing process to be positive they will meet the final inspections as outlined in the RFP. Therefore, our client is saved the uncertainty of relying solely on a vendor’s promise to meet their expectations for a given project. For example, if a client has a certain amount of a resource and that is a variable quantity, and a vendor proposes either an inadequate or an overabundance of equipment to perform the operation, then costs may be increased or decreased, lowering deliverance of the client’s original expectation.
